Londa began her career with Richard A. Gurdjian in September of 1977. She is licensed in life and health insurance.

Londa is the Community Club Leader for the Gentle Giants 4-H Club, board member of the Lenawee 4-H Council and adult advisor for the 4-H Service Club. She is also the liaison between 4-H and the Lenawee County Fair Board.

Londa resides in rural Sand Creek, Michigan with her husband, Doug. They are the parents of two daughters, Alysia and Allison.
