Londa began her career with Gurdjian in September of 1977. She is licensed in life and health insurance. On January 2, 2019 she purchased Gurdjian Insurance Group, Inc. and is currently serving as President.

Londa is currently serving as President of the Athena Council, Board member of Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee, Board member of the Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority, Ambassador for the Greater Lenawee Chamber of Commerce, Board member for the Adrian Noon Rotary and a Trustee for Adrian College.

Londa is a board member of the Lenawee 4-H Council as well as District 12 Council for MSU Extension. She is also the liaison between 4-H and the Lenawee County Fair Board.

Londa resides in rural Sand Creek, Michigan with her husband, Doug and their Corgi dogs, Winston and Wally. They are the parents of two daughters, Alysia and Allison and three grandchildren.
