Allison R. Ott
Allison Ott joined Gurdjian Insurance in June 1996 and became licensed in Life and Health Insurance in 2003. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2006 and received her Senior Market Specialist accreditation in 2007. Allison is also a graduate of the Great Lakes Leadership Academy.
A lifelong resident of Lenawee County, Allison lives in rural Sand Creek, Michigan, with her husband, Joe. Together they are raising their children, Douglas and Eleanor, and share their home with Lexi, their chocolate Labrador. In addition to their family commitments, Allison and Joe operate a cattle farm with approximately 500 head of cattle. Outside of work, Allison enjoys farming, gardening, and horseback riding, and actively supports her children’s involvement in athletics and livestock exhibition.
Allison is deeply committed to serving her community. She is a member of United Methodist Church and serves as Seneca Township Clerk. A longtime member of the Adrian Kiwanis Club, she has held leadership roles including President and Board Member, and currently serves on the Flag Committee as a Flag Captain. She is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program.
In recognition of her leadership and service, Allison received the 2018 ATHENA Young Professional Award, which honors women who inspire and support others in achieving their leadership potential. She was also the recipient of the 2014 United Way Young Leader Incito Award, recognizing emerging community leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to volunteerism, philanthropy, and leadership while making a positive impact in their communities.
