Londa began her career with Gurdjian in September of 1977. She is licensed in life and health insurance. On January 2, 2019 she purchased Gurdjian Insurance Group, Inc. and is currently serving as President.

Londa is currently serving as Board Chair for Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County, President of the Athena Council, Board member of Lenawee Cares and a Trustee for Adiran College.

Londa is a board member of the Lenawee 4-H Council as well as District 12 Council for MSU Extension. She is also the liaison between 4-H and the Lenawee County Fair Board.

Londa resides in rural Sand Creek, Michigan with her husband, Doug and their Corgi dogs, Whinny and Winston. They are the parents of two daughters, Alysia and Allison and three grandchildren.
